The Longest Day
THE DAY WITH THE MOST LIGHT IS THE DAY WE FIGHT.®
Join us to help support the Alzheimer’s Association in their quest to end Alzheimer’s. We are recognizing those who are dealing with the affects of Alzheimer’s, their families, caregivers and support systems. We are doing this in three ways.
The Longest Parade | Thursday June 18 | 6pm
We are hosting a drive-through car parade to bring awareness to this disease. Participation is easy — just let us know you are coming, decorate your car purple and show up for the parade. Help us let our residents and community know how much we care.
Lighting Up The Night
We will continue to recognize Alzheimer’s and support the longest day, all through the night by lighting our communities in purple. We hope that our neighboring businesses and communities will also do the same.
It’s More Than Just Raising Awareness
Raising awareness is a good first step, but to really end this disease the Alzheimer’s Association needs our help. Our goal is to raise $1,600 to support the cause. We’re inviting staff, family members and partners to join our fundraising team, Cadence Marietta Sweet Souls. Donations can be made online at act.alz.org/goto/cadencemarietta.
